Investment Policy
The Fund’s investment policy favors operations acquiring equity interests in companies belonging to all activity sectors (industry, services, trading). The Target Companies are French companies whose enterprise value is mainly between € 7M and € 70M located mainly in the Great South of France. The Fund makes its investments within the framework of development capital or buyout capital (LBO).
