Created in 1996, the CD SUD Group is specialized in the B2B distribution of heating and air conditioning equipment, photovoltaic systems, accessories and tools.

• Residential and tertiary sector air conditioning: single-split, multi-split, ducted systems, consoles, ceiling units, etc.
• Heating: air-water heat pumps, water heaters, fan coil units, underfloor heating…
• Ventilation: residential, collective and tertiary ventilation systems, ducts, extractors, vents, plenums…
• Photovoltaic systems: panels, inverters, shades…

The Group operates 25 points of sale in the South of France, and offers more than 4,000 product references of which 1,800 are in stock on all their sites.
Located in Marseille, the Group employs approximately 150 people and caters mainly to building professionals and more marginally to DIY stores.
In addition, it developed an own brand in 2018, Heiwa.

The company has been sold in June 2022.
