Coplan sharpens its weapons. Publisher of the Nature et Vitalité website, the Lyon-based group selling accessories and kitchen utensils for well-being and organic food has been developing strongly for the past five years. The Coplan company offers sprouting machines, juice extractors, blenders and steam cookers.

The group has multiplied its turnover by more than five over the last five years by extending its range, proposing new appliances in line with consumer trends and structuring its own funds to cope with the very strong growth of the market.

Philippe Sibué organized with iXO Private Equity a transaction to consolidate the development of the website by strengthening the group’s equity. Project objective: to structure the teams and extend the product range.
